On November 9, 2017 Rams Point Winery held a ticketed gala event at the Hilton hotel, complete with wine and food pairing and a sensory exercise. This event introduced the educational/commercial winery, owned by CSU Agricultural Experiment Station, to CSU staff, alumni, and Fort Collins residents.
Guests expressed delight in the event, and the wines received excellent reviews. Ram’s Point Winery is designed to be a self-funded teaching winery for students in the Viticulture and Enology concentration in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture.
